There is nothing to return to us
Titans sells nothing. Every item on this site is sold by someone else on their own marketplace, and we never take payment, hold stock, or become a party to the sale. There is no order with us to cancel and no refund we are able to issue.
Where to go instead
Your rights sit with the marketplace you bought through and the seller you bought from. Their returns policy and buyer protection are what apply.
- eBay: start with the order in your Purchase History; eBay Money Back Guarantee covers items that do not arrive or do not match the listing.
- Other marketplaces: follow the dispute process published by whichever site the listing linked to.
Check the seller's stated returns window before buying. It belongs to them, not to us, and we have no ability to extend or enforce it.
If a listing here is wrong
We do want to know about a listing that is misdescribed, counterfeit, or that should not be indexed, including if you are the seller and would like it removed. Write to [support@titans-domain.com] with the link and we will take it out. Removing it here does not affect the listing on the marketplace itself.
