1. Who you are dealing with

2. We do not sell anything

Titans is an index and a price guide. Every item shown here is listed for sale by somebody else, on somebody else's marketplace. We hold no stock, take no commission, process no payment, and are never a party to a sale. Clicking through to a listing takes you to that marketplace, and your purchase is governed entirely by their terms and your relationship with that seller.

We have no ability to cancel, refund, ship, or intervene in an order. If something goes wrong with a purchase, the seller and the marketplace hosting the listing are the parties who can help.

3. What the prices mean

Figures on this site are observations, not appraisals. Two kinds appear, and each is labelled wherever it is shown:

• Asking prices: what a seller is currently asking. Not evidence of what anything sells for.
• Recorded sales: a listing we watched until it stopped appearing. Strong evidence that it sold, but not proof, which is why such figures are marked Unconfirmed unless a source published a realised price.

Nothing here is a valuation, an appraisal, or investment advice. Collectible prices can fall as well as rise. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for buying, selling or insuring anything.

4. Accuracy

Listing titles, photographs, prices and descriptions come from the marketplace hosting the item and are reproduced as we received them. We do not verify the authenticity, condition or description of any item, and an item appearing here is not an endorsement of it or of its seller.

We index continuously and things change between our last look and yours. A listing may have ended, changed price, or been withdrawn.

5. Using the site

• Do not scrape the site or use automated tools against it.
• Do not present our figures as your own valuations or resell them as data.
• Do not use the site to harass a seller or to interfere with a listing.

6. Intellectual property

Listing photographs and descriptions belong to the sellers and marketplaces they came from; images are displayed from their servers and are not copied or rehosted by us. The Titans name, the site's design and its written material are ours.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from a purchase you made elsewhere, from a price figure being inaccurate or out of date, or from a collectible's value changing.

8. Changes, law and complaints
